Depending on the format: 15–30 people in U-shape or boardroom style, up to 60 in theater-style seating (with rented furniture) and up to 120 for a standing reception.

In Mainz Old Town, große langgasse 12, 55116 mainz. The nearest parking garage is a 3-minute walk away, and Frankfurt Airport is about 30 minutes by car.
Is there a curfew?
No. Thanks to excellent soundproofing, you can party late into the night by arrangement. How long you can stay depends on your booking option and event.
Who takes care of catering and drinks?
We do. Food comes from our own kitchen, coffee and drinks from our bar – from barista coffee in the morning to a signature cocktail at night. No external caterer needed, though you're welcome to bring one by arrangement, for a handling fee.
How much does an event at the butter.fly event boutique cost?
It depends on the format. For business events such as product presentations and networking, we offer a per-person package, including, for example, room, welcome snack, lunch and drinks, with tech on request. Celebrations and all other events are priced individually, depending on weekday, time, number of guests and food and drinks. After your inquiry, we'll get in touch to discuss the details and send you a tailored quote.
