Is there a per-person package?
Yes. It includes, for example, room, welcome snack, lunch and drinks, with tech on request. It works best for small and mid-sized product presentations and networking events. We tailor the scope to your schedule and itemize everything in your quote; evening program and special requests are priced separately.
Is the venue suitable for classic conferences?
We're less suited to large, classic conferences. Our strength is events built around exchange: product presentations, launches, networking, client evenings and small workshops.
What tech is available?
Presentation tech can be booked and, if you like, included in the package price. Let us know what you need in your inquiry, e.g. screen, microphone or music, and we'll set it up accordingly.
Can the presentation flow straight into networking?
Yes. First the presentation, then drinks and conversation at our bar – no change of venue and no curfew.
Do you take care of hotel rooms for guests?
Yes. On request we book hotel rooms for your guests and coordinate everything. Frankfurt Airport is about 30 minutes away by car, and the nearest parking garage is a 3-minute walk.
